[Class 18.] A skeleton metal crate a, Figs. 1 and 2, of cellular structure for fragile articles such as milk bottles, has the cells formed by right-angled strips d welded together at their bends as shown in Fig. 1. These strips are secured to the crate body by welding, the sides, ends, and handle being also secured by welding.
