Abstract
363,123. Gloves. JOHANSON, C. H.. 605, East 40th Street, Los Angeles, U.S.A, Dec. 8, 1930, No. 37013. [Class 141.] To eliminate the thumb-hole and thumb-seam, a glove is formed by stitching together two handshaped blanks, which may be separate, or formed by folding the blank shown in Fig. 6 about its centre line 26-26. In some cases the thumb-pieces 5, Fig. 6, are separate and stitched to the blanks. Fourchettes are formed from a single length of material 9, Fig. 4, which may extend to the base of the wrist, as shown, or from the tip of the forefinger to the tip of the little finger.
