[Class 122 (i).] Tongs for expanding piston rings when removing or inserting them on pistons have the outer face of each pair 2 formed with a longitudinal V-groove 3 extending to the outer end of the jaw to receive the ends of a piston-ring 4. Spacing means may be provided for holding the jaws in the closed position.
