[Class 145 (i).] In a chair, settee, &c. the body a, including the back rest and sides or arm rests, is made an integral self-supporting unit entirely of one piece of ply-wood which is first bent by heat and pressure to the desired shape and is subsequently set permanently in that shape by a reheating process at a temperature of about 150‹ F. The legs c may be made in pairs each formed of one piece of bent wood c<1>, or separate legs may be dispensed with, the body being continued below the seat member to form feet d.
