Abstract

358,476. Bottle caps. WALLIS, H. C., 9, Brewery Road, Caledonian Road, London. June 26, 1930, No. 19480. [Class 125 (iii).] A removable and replaceable cap closure for bottles &c., which is secured by rolling the flange 4, has cuts 5 .. 8 extending the full depth of the flange, about which a segment of the cap can be turned to form a hinge which facilitates the replacement of the cap while still affording evidence that the closure has been removed. Tabs may be provided on the flange 4 further to facilitate the removal of the cap. Specification 216,985 is referred to. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 216,985, [Class 125 (iii), Stoppers &c.].
