Abstract

354,998. Nasal inhalers. DUTFIELD, A. E., The Cottage, Fayland. Avenue, Streatham Park, London. July 30, 1930, No. 22951. [Class 81 (ii).] An appliance for maintaining unobstructed passage of air through the nostrils and permitting inhalation of medicament comprises a hollow plug A, of oval section, open on the side A<1> and preferably made of rubber, and a chamber B, formed integrally therewith and containing absorbent material F which is inhaled by the passage of air through a slit D and an aperture E. A pair of plugs may be mounted side by side and communicating with a common chamber B.
