353,669. Vacuum-jacketed vessels. PETRAS, A., Timiscara, Rumania. July 11, 1930, No. 21044. [Class 29.] The vacuum jacket is subdivided by horizontal or vertical partitions g, Fig. 2, and o, Fig. 7, into compartments having individual exhausting nipples e, so that in the event of damage to one compartment the vessel is not wholly impaired. The vessel may be of pot or dish form, with a vacuum insulated lid. The vessel shown in Fig. 4 has the nipples for the jacket placed on the shoulder, and the lid h is provided with a valve l for exhausting the interior of the vessel. The jacket may extend only along the vertical walls. The vessels may be of metal, porcelain or glass.
