Abstract
337,226. Triggs, W. W., (American Machine & Foundry Co.). Nov. 15, 1929. Cigarette-making machines.-The cut-off blade 18 of a continuous-rod machine is mounted on an arm 17 pivoted to a pin 16 projecting from the disc 14 and also formed with a slot in which moves a pin 2 projecting from the smaller disc 3. The discs 3, 14 are driven in opposite directions through bevel gearing 8, 7, 15. Grinding discs 25, 26 are fitted.
