Abstract

Optical-projection apparatus. - A reflect.ing device which laterally reverses the projected image is provided in the beam of a kinematograph projector having in combination with it a soundreproducing unit using a photographic sound record on the picture film; projection from the rear of the screen without removal of the position of the film in the gate is thus rendered possible. The apparatus may comprise two projectors 1, 2, each provided with a sound unit, and projecting towards one another, the beams being intercepted by reflecting prisms 8, or mirrors, which direct them on to a translucent screen. The prisms &c. 8 may be mounted on a table 7 adjustable in height on a pedestal 3, and may be adjustable in position by worms 9, 11 and worm wheels 10, 12.
