Abstract
990,930. Projection apparatus. ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. Jan. 24,1964 [Feb.28, 1963], No.8090/63. Heading G2J. A projector comprises a transparent display surface S, on which written notes may be made, between a light source L and an inclined mirror R which directs light through a projection lens P on to screen V, lens P and mirror R being indepently pivotable about a common axis P 1 and coupled at spaced positions to a linking level L which, in turn, pivots about another axis P 2 spaced from it parallel to P 1 . The ratio of the respective distances from axis P 1 and P 2 to the pin and slot E, F coupling lever L to mirror R being such that the mirror turns through half the angle through which the lens is rotated. Lever L is also coupled by pin and slot C, D to lens holder A pivotable at P 1 .
