Guide pulleys.-The bearings 16 for the shaft 12 of a sheave 17 are carried by a pair of blocks 13 which are slidably mounted in a pair of recessed or channel-shaped guides 14 in opposite faces of supports 11. The blocks may be secured by bolts 18 which are threaded into the ends of the supports 11 and pass through grooves formed in the sides of the blocks.
