Insulators.-In order to prevent moisture condensation on insulators, particularly those used in electrical gas-cleaning apparatus, the insulator is heated from a source of heat by a reflector which may be revolved continuously or intermittently about the insulator. A medium permeable to heat rays, such as glass or quartz glass, ma,y be interposed between the insulator and the source of heat.
