334,361. Bohlin, O. G. Aug. 10, 1929. Fabrics composed of fibrous materials agglutinated by adhesives.-Imitation leather of the type in which indiarubber is used as the base material and which has a, surface more solid than the underlying mass is prepared by first subjecting the surface to a cold vulcanization before the whole material is hot vulcanized in the usual manner. Raw materials used are Caoutchouc and animal or vegetable fibres. The cold vulcanization may be carried out by the use of sulphur chloride or ultra accelerators and the finished product may be provided with a press grain in the usual manner.
