Detachable-rim attachments to wheels. - To permit the detachable rim being fitted in different axial positions on the wheel, a seating-ring 5 adapted to be clamped between the detachable and fixed rims is adjustable across the detachable rim. In the construction shown, the ring 5 is in the form of a split channel adapted to engage between pairs of ribs &c. 4 on the rim 1. To prevent creeping, the rim may be provided with a lug to engage between the ends of the ring 5.
