Abstract
325,237. Turner, J. Nov. 9, 1928. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Anti-dazzle screens.-In a vehicle windscreen, window or similar framed glass structure of the kind in which a compound sheet is employed comprising two sheets a, b of glass with an interposed sheet of celluloid c, an anti-dazzle element c<2> is formed as a strip on the intermediate sheet or forms a separate portion of the intermediate sheet. In the construction shown a separate strip c<2> of a transparent anti-dazzle material extends for a small depth across the entire width of the windscreen A and above the celluloid sheet c, thus serving for the use of both driver and passengers. The strips c<2> may, however, be formed by painting on the intermediate sheet c, and it may extend across any desired portion or width of the screen A. Specification 237,379, [Class 20 (iii), Doors &c.], is referred to.
