Golf clubs.-A golf club has a sighting hump, rib, notch or other mark on its top edge or surface, the centre of the rib or notch being disposed at the intersection with the upper edge of the club of the line joining the player's eyes to the theoretically desired impact point of the club head. Both a rib and a notch may be employed together. Fig. 2 shows the invention applied to an iron club head. The head 4 has both a rib 5 and a notch 6 positioned as indicated above, but a nib or a notch alone may be employed. In the case of wooden clubs, the rib and notch may extend either the whole or only part of the way across the upper surface of the head.
