Abstract

320,199. Thomas, D., and Cousins, C.. H. Sept. 4, 1928. Traps. - A cast-iron gully consists of two parts, one part comprising a water chamber a containing an upright outlet or overflow pipe e, and the other part consisting of a hinged or jointed cover or grid b resting on lugs c and provided with a solid or imperforate portion f from which projects downwardly a pipe or circular dip-plate g surrounding the upper part of the outlet pipe e and forming a water seal. Specifications 13245/92 and 14215/03 are referred to.
