Abstract

320,103. Tyler, W. G., and British Ropes, Ltd. July 4, 1928. Wire fabrics. - A clamp for securing together two intersecting wires comprises two plates, each of which has opposed grooves to receive the wires and lugs, preferably triangular, arranged so as to be bent around the other plate to hold the plates in their clamping position. Alternatively, one only of the plates is provided with the intersecting grooves 13 and lugs 18. The grooves may be indented or scored corresponding to the lay of the wires, and the plates are preferably of octagonal or other polygonal form. Specification 302,789 is referred to.
