Wireless tuning-apparatus, adjustment and indicating devices for.-Control means for electric condensers comprise an operating-knob and substantially flat graduated dial, an arcuate detachable and unenclosed logging strip adjacent and parallel with the dial graduations and a stationary index co-operating with the dial and strip. In one arrangement, Fig. 1, coarse and fine adjustment knobs 2, 7 rotate a graduated dial 5 beneath a stationary cover 1 on which the logging strip 14 is detachably mounted under projections 13. The logging strip is mounted in a recess 10 bounded by a rib 11. The knob 2 is provided with an index projection 3 and the transparent covering 8 has a hair-line index 9. In modifications, the logging strip can be mounted on the bevelled edge of the dial and may be secured by L-shaped pins.
