[Classes 37 and 38 (i)] [Also in Groups XL, XVII, XXII, and XXXV] The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises the subject-matter described in Specification 504,014. , It also describes, in connection with a tuning inductance which gives a very open scale, an arrangement wherein the scale is spiral as at 317, Fig. 30 (Cancelled). A window 311 is moved to the right-hand part of the rotary dial 298 by a frame 308, 303, Fig. 21 (Cancelled), which engages, by means of a shoe 304, a spiral guide 300 at the back of the dial. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
