Grilling-stoves; radiants.-A griller for gas stoves comprises an open shallow metal frame g formed of angular section material or otherwise so as to provide supports along the sides for a number of thin refractory slabs j, which bridge the frame and close it, except for gaps between them which are provided by means of distance pieces k at their ends, and which allow passage of the gases to prevent flooding back of the flames. Preferably the slabs are provided on the underface with ridges or projections, and with a flange m along one edge to confine the flames. According to the Provisional Specification, the refractory slabs may be bolted to a metal grid.
