Abstract
311,977. Imperial Chemical Industries, Ltd., Davidson, A., Tatum, W. W., and Watts, G. E. July 2, 1928. -Aminoanthraquinone-2-sulphonic acid. - The process of Specification 299,279, whereby the acid sulphate of -aminoanthraquinone is heated to temperatures between 210-245‹ C., is modified by adding oxalic acid to the sulphate before heating. Increased yields of the product in a porous state are thus obtained.
