310,152. Langridge, R. H. March 17, 1928. String cutters and pocket knives.-A safety razor blade is clamped between two plates one of which has a slot 6 to expose a portion of the blade edge and a bent-over portion to guard the cutting edge. To cut paper &c. one of the plates is removed and the blade is swung about the clamping bolt 4<a> to expose one comer thereof. Wings 10 may be bent out at right angles from one of the plates so that the device may be secured to a counter.
