Kettles ; rims of openings. - The filling opening of a kettle is surrounded by a rim b formed with an inturned flange c provided with perforations d or corrugated, notched or otherwise formed. The flanged rim supports an eggholder h provided with a wire handle i, the kettle lid e, which fits loosely over the rim, being notched at g to accommodate the handle.
