Spectacles. - Frames for spectacles of the type in which the placquet pieces engage the nose or orbital ridge, the placquet pieces being carried on arms attached to the rims or to the bridge, and the arms comprise U- shaped portions to allow of adjustment, have the loop-like portions 1 provided with extensions 7 projecting downwardly upon which are mounted the placquet pieces 2. The arms and the bridge may be made in a single piece and connected to the rims 6 and the placquet pieces 2 may embrace the extensions 7. Specification 21323/12, 209,597 and 249,271 are referred to.
