Abstract
307,073. Hentschel, C. March 2, 1928, [Convention date]. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Illumination, changing advertisements by controlling.-A sign comprises a uniform light field in which a legend &c. is made gradually to appear by local increase of intensity of the light. An automatically started dynamo and switch &c. are mentioned as means which may be employed to attain the desired effect. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also the appearance of the legend &c. by local variation, other than increase, of the light intensity. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
