Abstract

302,078. Higginson, L., and Higginson, R. Jan. 31, 1928. Cramps.-A floor cramp comprises two H.section malleable iron or cast steel pivoted handles 1, 2 provided beyond the pivot with joint gripping plates on screw studs 4 adjustable by means of nuts 5 and lock nuts 6. One handle has a pivot 3 for the stay which holds the cramp when pressure is applied to the floor boards, and the handles are locked in closed position by the apertured plate 7 and stud 8.
