Abstract

299,109. Jennens, J. T. July 27, 1927. Brackets, securing; pedestal stands.-A display stand consists of a pillar a with one or more removable carrier arms h, the pillar having cut away portions b and each carrier arm formed with a forked portion, bearing on the shoulders c of the portions b, and downwardly turned lugs g engaging the side of the pillar remote from the arm h which has lower lugs j bearing on the other side of the pillar. In a modification shown in Fig. 4, the pillar is cylindrical and provided with circumferential grooves b so that the arm may rotate around the pillar, the lugs g, j being replaced by rollers &c. g<1>, j. The carrier arm may be provided with an angularly adjustable display tray k or a removable pad k<1>. For supporting shelves the arms are provided with pins so that by rotating the arms the shelves may be held between the pins and the pillars. Specification 277,054 is referred to.
