Syringes.-An ampoule hypodermic syringe is provided with a needle cap 2 screwed to the usual boss 3 of the syringe and adapted to retain a hypodermic needle 3a projecting inwardly into the barrel 1 to pierce the ampoule 1a. The outer end of the cap 2 comprises a screwed boss 5 receiving a holder 6 for an outwardly projecting needle 6a.
