Abstract
297,840. Rothenb³hler, L., and Winkler, A. Sept. 30, 1927, [Convention date]. Controlling flow of lubricant. - A valve controlling the supply of lubricant to the chains of motor or like vehicles is adapted tc be opened by the action of the air pressure set up on travelling on a spring-controlled vane 7 carried at the upper end of a rotatable spindle 4, a port 5 in the hollow lower' end of which co-operates with a port 6 in a socket 2 arranged in an oil reservoir 1 and attached to a pipe 3. The reservoir 1 may be mounted on the rear fork of a motor cycle. It is stated in the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) that the vane will rotate the spindle by its own weight when climbing hills, This subect-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
