Drawers and drawer fittings.-The drawer a for shop fittings and for furniture is attached to a slidable cross-member d by hinges b, the slidable flap c having projecting side pieces e adapted to engage horn-shaped or slotted fittings f positioned at the sides of the drawer so that the drawer may be pulled out and held or suspended in its turned-down position. When the drawer is moved back to its closed position the projections slide along the side guides and engage fittings h and the parts d, e are folded against the rear of the drawer, as shown. The downwardly-projecting part i ensures that, as the drawer is withdrawn, the member d and its hinges are turned down to engage the fittings f when the drawer is moved sufficiently forward.
