Abstract

295,963. Sershall, S. H. May 21, 1927. Curtains, suspending.- A curtain rail is provided with a hook portion by which it can be suspended from wall brackets. In the construction shown the web 5<a> of an inverted T-rail is bent over to form a hook 5<b> which may extend the whole length of the rail or at intervals only. In a modification the hook is formed by riveting a metal strip or strips, of inverted U-shape, to the web 5<a>. The upstanding end 6<a> of the bracket may be long enough to serve as a connecting means for two lengths of rail.
