Abstract

184,643. Phillips, J. F. June 21, 1921. Brackets, securing. curtains, suspending; roller blinds.-A bracket for supporting a curtain-rod and blind-roller comprises a strip of metal 13 having an end extension 20 to support the rod and roller, and provided with teeth or prongs 18, 19 at its upper and lower edges to engage the window casing. The bracket may be strengthened by a struck-up rib 15, or it may be provided with parallel flanges 35 between which a bar 32 is locked by triangular tongues 37. The bar 32 has overturned edges 33, 34 to receive a bar 31 similarly secured to a second bracket on the opposite side of the window.
