Abstract
292,113. Zeiss Ikon Akt.-Ges. June 13, 1927, [Convention date]. Addition to 276,311. Kinematograph apparatus.-In apparatus according to the parent Specification wherein compensation for film movement is effected by plane reflecting surfaces carried bv a rotary disc, two or more reflecting surfaces are provided for each image. As shown, the reflecting surfaces are formed by the lower surfaces of the prisms, as described in Specification 279,039. Each set of three prisms serves for the compensation of one image, and each prism subtends an angle at the centre of the disc of not more than 30‹. The lengths of the light path may be made optically constant by causing the faces 9, 10 of the prisms to approach one another towards one end of each prism, and the faces 9, 10 may be conical or spherical.
