Partitions.-A portable screen or partition comprises a number of rigidly but detachably connected panels 1 secured to form a central longitudinal member with transverse members 3 projecting on each side thereof. The parts are connected by angle plates or straps (which may be hinges) secured by detachable bolts, or by pivoted catches. When cubicles are to be formed. the transverse members 3 may carry hinged door flaps 4.
