Clamps, screw.-A fitting for securing the working parts or tools of agricultural implements comprises a ball on the tang of the working part fitting into a correspondingly shaped recess in an adjustable clamp, so as to be movable for adjusting the inclination of the tang and for adjusting the tang about its own axis. The clamp consists of a bow or U-shaped pieces c, two blocks e, f, and a set-screw d. The frame bar a passes through square holes in the bow c, the the bar a and the bow c fit into grooves in the blocks. The central part of the cavity in the blocks is shaped to fit the ball and the upper and lower parts are conical or tapered as shown. The outer surface of the ball and the coacting parts of the blocks are roughened. The ball is made in two parts g, h fitting on the square tang i. The bar a and the tang i may be interchanged. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that the ball may be integral with the tang. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
