Abstract

Double - glazed windows.-Inlet and outlet ball and socket valves, Figs. 4 and 3 respectively, communicating with the space between the panes of doubleglazed sashes, are provided in plugs 5 screwed in the sash frame., to prevent condensation on the inner surface of the panes. The sleeves 6 in which the valves 8 are carried are covered with thin caps 11 in which a pad of felt, &c. may be housed. The invention is shown applied to a combined fanlight and casement window.
