Abstract

282,681. Lundgren, K. T. R. Dec. 22, 1926, [Convention date]. Density separators. -Apparatus for the separation of suspended particles from liquids consists of pipes 3 supported by holders 4 hinged at their upper ends to radial arms 2 on the spindle 1. The lower ends of the holders are hinged to links 5 on a ring G which can be displaced and then locked on the spindle by the nuts 7. By these means the inclination of the pipes 3 to the axis can be varied. The pipes may be of circular or elliptical cross section, and the apparatusmay be used during tests of blood.
