Atlkylene diguanidines. - The process of the parent Specification is applied to the production of salts of alkylene diguanidines by heating salts of the alkylisothioureas with the alkylene diamines higher than pentamethylene diamine. In examples, (1) hexamethylenediguanidine sulphate is obtained from hexamethylenediamine and methylisothiourea sulphate, and (2) decamethylenediguanidine sulphate is obtained from decamethylenediamine and methylisothourea sulphate.
