270,249. Emrich Ges., I. May 3, 1926, [Convention date]. Watch cases and stands. - The frame c forming the stand for the watch a is hinged to the hinge pin b of the two parts o the watch case. Normally the stand c fits snugly round the case, a loop e accommodating the winding knob d, and pins g on the case snapping into recesses j in the stand. When the device is opened pins f on the case snap into recesses i in the stand to maintain the watch erect. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states that the pins may be on the stand and the recesses in the watch case. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
