Abstract

268,440. Stoneham, H. S., and Fontaine, W. H. de. Jan. 1, 1926. Plates, dishes, and the like, washing.-Comprises a soap container 26 carried between a casing 24 and perforated plate 33 and surrounding a tube 30 which is provided with perforations which may be made to register at will with perforations 27 in a hot-water supply pipe 29 by rotating the casing with respect to the handle 22. The end of the pipe 29 is provided with a perforated plate, the perforations in which register with those in the plate 33 when those in the pipes 29, 30 are out of register, so that a supply of clean or soapy hot water can be obtained. In a modification, the perforated tubes are dispensed with.
