Abstract
267,291. Rose, W., and Rose Bros- (Gainsborough), Ltd. Feb. 17, 1926. Cam mechanism.- A transmission lever 7 is yieldingly operated in both directions by a cam 3 through the intermediary of a cam lever 1, both levers being mounted about the same axis 2. In the direction in which the lever 1 is yieldingly drawn into contact with the cam by a spring 4, the transmission to the lever 7 is positive by means of lugs or abutments 8, 9. In the opposite direction, in which the lever 1 is positively operated by the cam, the movement is yieldingly transmitted to the lever 7 through a spring 10.
