Abstract

265,331. Saveker, T. J., (trading as Saveker, T.). Dec. 4, 1926. Brackets. - An angularly adjustable shelf &c. bracket comprises an arm 10, hinged to an upright 23 and longitudinally adjustable thereon, provided with a hinged stay 11 also hinged to the upright 23 and longitudinally adjustable thereon. In the construction shown the arm 10, and stay 11 are hinged to sliding clips 21 on the upright 23. The upper end of the stay may be made adjustable along the arm 10 by forming a series of spaced holes in the arm and providing a removable pivot pin. In a modification, for use with an upright having a series of holes, the clips 21 are placed by apertured plates. The arm 10 may be provided with a number of recesses for supporting transverse display rods or with lateral projections for supporting a small shelf.
