264,556. Automatic Telephone Manufacturing Co.., Ltd., (Automatic Electric Co.). Sept. 21, 1925. Automatic exchange selectors. - In an up-and-around type switch, stationary contact springs 15, 16 are operated by a cam-sleeve 13, vertically movable with the switch-shaft 4, at certain levels in order to accomplish circuit changes in the switch, for example when used as a " selector-connector." The usual return-spring housing 5 on the shaft 4 engages flanges on the sleeve 13 to actuate it. The cam-sleeve may be variously shaped, and may operate to bring the contact springs to a number of different positions for varying periods.
