Vehicles with removable bodies.-The removable bodies 1 of rail or road vehicles are provided with skids 7, in place of wheels or castors, to cooperate with fixed ramps 2. The bodies are provided with longitudinal guide beams 15 of wedge form which fit against similar beams 16 on the vehicle chassis. The bodies may be fitted with shackles for lifting.
