Rope grips.-A load carrier for use on an aerial ropeway comprises a load hanger 1, the upper horizontal end portion 1<a> of which is adapted to serve for a spindle upon which is journaled a sleeve 3 carrying a clip device 4 for engagement with an endless travelling rope 5. The sleeve 5 may be provided with two clip devices 3, Fig. 5, spaced apart or sideways, or two independent clips may be mounted on the same spindle, so that the carrier may be adapted to pass from one endless rope to another.
