A terminal or coupling comprises a stem C having apertures c<1>, c<2> to receive conductors B<1>, B, both conductors being held in place by a single spring D that serves also to hold the terminal in place on a base A. The stem may be provided with a bead at one end and is passed through the base A the spring D abutting against the base at one end and against a washer E at the other.
