Abstract

A gas stove that is equipped with only one burner 1 which provides heat to an upper plate 6 on which it is possible to simultaneously prepare four or a greater number of dishes. Flame 3, combustion gases and air are drawn in to a duct 4 from the burner. The duct passes beneath the upper plate and heat is transferred through the plate for cooking. Insulation material 7 is located below the duct.

Description

(57) A gas stove that is equipped with only one burner 1 which provides heat to an upper plate 6 on which it is possible to simultaneously prepare four or a greater number of dishes. Flame 3, combustion gases and air are drawn in to a duct 4 from the burner. The duct passes beneath the upper plate and heat is transferred through the plate for cooking. Insulation material 7 is located below the duct.
1/1
ENERGY EFFICIENT GAS STOVE
Standard gas stoves equipped with four burners are known universally.
In order to simultaneously prepare four dishes, it is required that all four burners are in operation. This results in a large consumption of gas.
The subject of the patent shall be
ENERGY EFFICIENT GAS STOVE- equipped solely with a single burner.
It is possible to simultaneously prepare four or greater number of dishes using a single burner of the patented stove, as invented.
Due to the solution applied in the invention, it is possible to save a huge amount of gas, which will clearly have effect on the home budget of every person, who uses the invented stove.
An example of construction of the gas stove as invented and its operation has been presented in the attached reference drawing.
CONSTRUCTION (l)burner,(2)flame,(3)flame conical inlet,(4)fire and combustion gases duct made of a pipe with diameter of, e.g. 1 cm,(5)bottom plate,(6)upper plate,(7)thermal insulation, e.g. fire resistant wool,(8)combustion gases outlet,(9)combustion gases,(lO)exhaust hood - ventilation that should be placed above every gas stove in accordance with the law.
SYSTEM OPERATION - EXAMPLE
Flame (2) that originates in the burner (1) is directed towards inlet (3) right away.
Next, the flame(2)together with hot combustion gases(9) and hot air circulates around the fire and combustion gases duct(4)causing that the duct gets heated(4).
The system problem-free operation is enabled by the fact that the inlet (3) is mounted below the combustion gases outlet (8) [chimney operation principle]. This allows the system spontaneously suck in the flame together with air. As a result of this, the thermal energy from the flame(2)is taken over by the fire and combustion gases duct(4) and further it is transferred [exclusively] to the upper plate(6)[where pots stand in order to prepare dishes in them]
Exclusive transfer of the thermal energy to the plate (6) is possible due to the used thermal insulation (7).
The insulation (7) is placed between bottom side of the duct (4) and inner side of the bottom plate (5). The solution with application of insulation (7) results in thermal energy losses being reduced to the maximum extent.
Once the combustion gases worked off, they are exhausted through the outlet (8) and then sucked in by the exhaust hood (10) [kitchen ventilation device].
The solution presented hereinabove enables simultaneous preparation of many dishes [depends on the upper plate size (6)]. Usage of only a single burner saves a lot of gas.
Thermal energy from hot combustion gases and hot air is not recycled in present standard technical solutions.
The gas stove—as invented—eliminates this problem.
Effectiveness of the entire system can be increased even further by extending the duct (4).
For this reason the duct (4) can be made as two- or three-level
PATENT CLAIM
1.Energy efficient gas stove, as invented, that is composed of: burner(l),flame(2),conical inlet(3),flame and combustion gases duct(4),bottom plate(5),upper plate(6),thermal insulation(7),worked off combustion gases outlet(8)
KNOWN BY THE FACTTHAT:it possesses a duct for flames and combustion gases (4), to which the flame (2) is directed right away.
The duct (4) sucks in the flame and air spontaneously.
