Plug couplings.- In plug-in coils or other components of wireless apparatus, a cam-shaped lever 7, Fig. 1, or an eccentric disc 13, Fig. 2, is pivoted to the side of an adapter 1 or of a plug-in holder 6 or of a plug-in base 5 carrying a coil or other component and separates the adapter 1 or base 5 from the holder 6 on turning by pressing on a projecting end 9 or by means of an integral knob 14. The lever 7 may be pivoted at 8 at the lower part of the adapter 1 with its end 9 extending upwards so that, on depressing the end 9, the cam-face 10 bears on the upper face 11 of the holder 6 and acts as a fulcrum, the pivot 8 rising with the adapter 1 and base 5. The plugs 3 and sockets 4 of the adapter extend through its insulating body to make connection between the component 2 and holder 6. The edge of the disc 13 functions similarly against the face 11.
