250,448. Ducker, L. F. July 24, 1925. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Electrolytes for storage, batteries. A mixture comprising 53 per cent magnesium sulphate and 47 per cent sodium sulphate is added to distilled water, dilute sulphuric acid or on existing electrolyte. Preferably 11b. of the mixture is disolved in 3 quarts of distilled water and to the solution 1 quart of sulphuric acid, specific gravity 1.835, is slowly added. Distilled water is added to produce a density of 1.3 to 1.28 and the sediment is filtered out.
